We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a Secret Clearance to support one of our customers.

This position is remote, however, we require candidates from the DMV (DC, Maryland or Virginia) area as some onsite meetings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency and streamline operations
• Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
• Provide guidance and support to team members on ServiceNow development best practices
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and apply them to improve our solutions

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Required Skills

• Strong Experience with JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules and processes
• Working knowledge of custom widgets / front-end development in ServiceNow
• Working knowledge of Angular.JS & JSON
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, XML, and web services

Desired Skills

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of DevOps
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance

• Active Secret Clearance.
