3+ years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
1+ years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or
projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Knowledge of components of holistic enterprise architecture, business re-engineering principles and processes, and basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational management, budgeting, personnel
administration, financial management, and supervisory techniques.
Knowledge of the capabilities, operation, and application of medium to large-scale centralized systems and a variety of distributed systems and associated system software.
Knowledge of the methods, principles, and practices of management, business, and municipal government.
Knowledge of data processing principles and practices in municipal government.

Experience in formulating strategic and tactical plans.
Experience in effectively coordinating requirements of business users with the constraints of service providers.

Experience in prioritizing varying demands and leveraging appropriate resources to accomplish goals.

Responsible for analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectives.
