Required Experience/Knowledge/Skill:

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• 2+ Project Management experience
• Experience with analyzing programs and applications
• Experience with running programs and applications and document outcomes and data
• Experience in installing new computer system applications
• Experience in analyzing user requests and researching current technologies in computer systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and assisting users with problems with computer system applications
• Experience with compiling and preparing specifications for new systems, maintaining system documentation, and preparing reports

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science or other related technical discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and development of IT systems
• Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post-implementation support and system enhancements
• Responsible for selecting appropriate tools to develop systems and software. Responsible for gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information about technical processes or systems
• Possesses experience in minicomputer or client/server environments including the implementation and support of resource planning, sales automation, marketing, financial, and distribution systems
• Applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures to complete assignments of moderate to high complexity
• Works on assignments where the business and technology problems, opportunities, and solutions may be unclear, unknowns exist, novel and untested answers may be required, the schedule may be aggressive, the stakes and visibility may be moderately high, and the risk of failure is moderately high
• Works as an individual contributor, occasionally requiring supervision
